Shri Alok Gaur (DIN: 00112520), Director, aged about 63 years, holds the degree of B.E. (Electricals) from IIT, Roorkee. He has around 42 years of experience in diverse segments such as Cement, IT, Business Consulting etc. He has been a part of the cement business of Jaypee Group since 2007 and has wide ranging experience of setting up/ operating continuous process industries like cement, fertilizer etc. Prior to his appointment as Whole-time Director w.e.f. February 1, 2021, he was working as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since June, 2020. He has resigned from the position of Whole-time Director designated as Joint M.D. & CEO with effect from the close of working hours on 15-05-2025. From 16-05-2025, he has become Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company.

Shri Shyam Datt Nailwal (DIN 00008529), Non-executive Director, aged 78 years, is Director of the Company since 2012. He is fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has vast experience of 57 years in the field of secretarial, project financing and corporate planning.

Ms. Sunita Joshi (DIN 00025720), Non-executive Director, aged 59 years, holds the degree of MBA in International Business Management. She has over 35 years experience in the fields of Information Technology, IT Education, Software Development, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Communication. She holds the position of Whole-time Director in JIL Information Technology Limited.

Shri Krishnaswamy Venkatraman Rajendran (DIN: 02468551), Independent Director, aged about 72 years, holds degree in Psychology and PG Diploma in Radiological Physics from BARC, Bombay University. He has around 44 years of rich and varied experience in HR, Business Development and corporate planning. He has served as Executive Director of Alstom Projects India Limited, as Senior Vice President HR of Sterlite Industries India Ltd. (at Hindustan Zinc Limited). He was the Director of Dalmia (Bros.) Pvt Ltd., Mohinani Group Accra, Ghana and was associated with Jaypee Group as Senior President (HR) in the year 2013-14.

Shri Ajit Kumar (DIN: 07774104), Non-executive Director, aged 77 years, holds the degree of B.Sc. (Hons.) (Physics, Mathematics, Geology) and M.Sc. (Geology). He was in Indian Police service - 1969 (First Position) and Indian Administrative Service - 1970, J & K cadre. He held the positions of District Magistrate, Collector and Finance Commissioner, Government of Jammu & Kashmir and has served as Principal Secretary in Departments of Gen. Administration and Services, Education, Art & Culture, Welfare, Public Works including Irrigation and water supply, Power and Finance. He has been the Vice-Chancellor of Kashmir University and also was the Chairman (Ex-officio) of Northern Regional Electricity Board. He is associated with the Group as an Advisor since 2008. He has more than 51 years managerial and leadership experience.

Shri Vinod Sharma (DIN: 02072969), Non-executive Director, aged 68 years, holds the degree of B.Sc. and LL.B. He have been associated with Jaypee Group for more than 42 years and worked at Cement, Steel and Hydro Power Projects of the Group in various capacities including as Executive President.

Dr. Pramod Kumar Agrawal (DIN: 08311041), Independent Director, aged about 69 years, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, CAIIB and Doctorate in Chemistry from University of Bihar. He has vast & varied experience of more than 43 years. He was associated with State Bank of India for more than 35 years from 1980 to 2015 at various senior positions during his tenure and retired as General Manager from SBI. Post retirement, he was associated with Asian Development Bank, Indian Banks’ Association, Mumbai as Senior Advisor. During the period from June, 2021 to December, 2023, he was associated with Secondary Loan Market Association, Mumbai as Senior Advisor. His core competencies include assignments in Project Finance, Corporate Banking, International Banking, Debt Syndication and Trade Finance etc.

Maj. Gen. Vinod Kumar, SM, VSM (Veteran) (DIN 10519650), Whole-time Director aged 66 years, holds the Bachelor’s Degree in Science from JNU, besides holding qualifications of M.Sc. from University of Madras and M.Phil. from Berhampur University. He served in Indian Army for 37 years, teneting important appointments such as General Officer Commanding 41 Sub Area in North East, Deputy Commandant / Chief Instructor, Army Air Defence College, Gopalpur Odisha & Commandant, Services Selection Centre, East, Prayagraj, He has rich operational experience having actively participated in Operation Meghdoot (Siachen), Operation Vijay (Kargil) and Operation Rhino (Assam). He has vast and rich experience in the field of Logistics, Administration, Training and Human Resource Development. On superannuation from Indian Army in July 2017, he joined at Chunar Cement Factory in August 2017, before moving to Kanpur Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. just prior to the National Covid Lock-down in March 2020.
